Uncle makes classic chewy New Jersey crust with Chicago style flavor on top. All of our sauces and dressings are handmade. Our crusts are hand-tossed when you order. The secret recipes that we use are the result of many years of experience. We offer pizza delivery to Glenwood Springs and Carbondale, Colorado.
We have been a winner in the Glenwood Springs Post Independent Local’s Choice awards for the last 14 years! Uncle Pizza is locally owned and operated by locals. We provide pizza delivery to Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. Our drivers also deliver pizza to Canyon Creek, No Name, Cattle Creek, Ironbridge, Aspen Glen, River Valley Ranch, Elk Springs, and up Four Mile, including Oak Meadows.
Uncle Pizza makes hand-tossed pizzas, calzones, stromboli, fresh house salads, large custom salads, hot baked chicken wings, cheese stix, macaroni and cheese, and tiramisu. We also make our own salad dressings, and we offer almost 50 fresh toppings to choose from! We make our own dough, marinara sauce, and secret “love” spice mixes.
Are you vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-intolerant? Uncle has you covered! We offer a 10″ gluten-free pizza crust for our gluten-intolerant friends. Our vegetarian pizzas are the Uncle Buck, Uncle Stan, Uncle Joe, Uncle Jr, and Uncle Greg. Get creative and make your own custom vegan pizza with our vegan cheese and fresh veggie toppings. Our crust is egg-free, and it’s vegan. Our marinara sauce does have cheese in it, but our white sauce is olive oil based and is vegan. Be super healthy and try one of our custom salads, which weigh either 1 pound or 2 pounds and come with your choice of seven toppings. There’s no need to sacrifice taste for health with Uncle Pizza!
